The Spirit of The Don

The Don is justly proud of its award-winning wine list of more than 350 wines and twenty five champagnes. Its vinous history as a bottling cellar is reflected in the 80 different ports and 15 different sherries listed. And for those who can't manage a bottle of wine over lunch, there is a regularly changing list of at least 16 fine wines by the glass.
