Online Reservations
Terms and Conditions

1.YOU CAN BOOK FOR UP TO SIX PEOPLE - Online reservations for up to six people may be booked up to six months in advance.   We require your contact telephone number to secure your booking.  If you need a larger table please call us on 0207 626 2606 or email your enquiry to bookings@thedonrestaurant.co.uk and we will get back to you. Some special event days (eg. Valentines Day and December) cannot be accessed via online reservations and our online reservation service is not available for same day bookings. Again, please phone us on the number above.

2. CONFIRMATION - If we have availability, you will receive an automatic confirmation via email. No further confirmation is required on your behalf. We will call on the day of the booking to confirm and you will only be contacted if we have a query regarding your reservation. If you do not receive a confirmation email from us, or if you have any queries, please phone us on the number above.

4. CANCELLATIONS/MODIFICATIONS -  Once made, bookings cannot be cancelled or modified online. Cancellations and modifications should be made by phoning us or sending an email to bookings@thedonrestaurant.co.uk quoting the reference number in our confirmation email.

5. DIETARY REQUIREMENTS - You will see the reservation form has a section for Notes and Special Requirements. Please let us know if you have any special dietary needs at the time of booking.

6. CALL US IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM – Our Reservations Office is open from 9am to 8pm, Monday to Friday. We will be delighted to take your reservations on the telephone - 0207 626 2606
