The Don Bistro is a sibling of the famed Bleeding Restaurant, Bistro and Tavern in Farringdon, and is a 2-minute walk from Bank Tube Station.
The Don Executive Chef – William Best MCA
William has worked with some of Britain’s best Chef’s and restaurants including Philip Howard’s team at the 2 Michelin starred, The Square in Mayfair, before becoming Sous Chef at the prestigious St. James restaurant Wiltons for six years , where he became one of only twenty UK chefs to be awarded the ‘Master of Culinary Arts’ by the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts before joining John Williams at The Ritz hotel for a further two years.
He joined the Don in November 2018 as Executive Chef to take charge of both the Restaurant and Bistro menus.
